I got cut twice and kept trying to tell the guy he cut me, but he ignored me and kept going! He didn’t stop until he saw my toe bleeding. He did a very messy job on my pedicure and another person had to come back and fix it. My pedicure experience was horrible. The only saving grace was the woman who fixed it and did my manicure. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. I asked for a pedicure. The older woman who was doing my pedicure dug in the side of my toes to the point where I was flinching and had to tell her stop because she was clearly hurting me. She didn’t apologize just continued. Then I asked her to file my big toe down more to match the rest of my toes, and she refused because it was ‘too short in her opinion’. She proceeded to argue with me about how short I wanted my nails. I asked could the other man do it and she said no and threw the nail file to me to do it myself. Even after she rudely threw the file at me I filed my own toe and showed her what I had just asked her to do. She continued to argue and the man came from the back to help, he offered to do my toes instead(even after she had lied and said no one else could) but I declined bc at that point, I didn’t want anyone there doing my toes. And while the man is trying to help me, the older woman is still going off in the background in her native language all because she didn’t want to file my toe shorter. I could understand if I had done something to this woman to make her act that way but I didn’t. I had no attitude, I just asked her a question. Anyway, I still paid for the filing she did and left. I cannot speak on how good the actual work is bc I didn’t get anything done after that whole debacle, but her attitude was so nasty, rude, and unprofessional that I don’t recommend anyone come here.

Not enough people working, soaked my feet for more than 30 minutes, then did a quick pedicure in 20 minutes, the towel was hot laid on legs for less than 2 minutes, applied lotion and I asked for oil massage , after towel, rubbed oil on legs , then polish feet, very quick pedicure.

I love going here. Nina and Honey always do a great job and my nails last along time compared to other places I’ve been too.. I’ve been going here awhile now and won’t go anywhere else. They are friendly and even when I bring my kids in they are talking to them also. Keep up the great work. A forever loyal customer!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityTERRIBLE SERVICE ! This nail shop is very NASTY but not only that the work is terrible. One of the workers was washing towels in the sink where you have to wash and rinse your nails. OLD water bottles and fast food cups was EVERYWHERE! I requested gel polish but my nails looks like I have regular polish. They’re not shiny and polish is all over my cuticles. When I brought it to the nail tech attention she told me I just need some oil. Then I had to put the oil on myself because she wanted to go outside to smoke. I waited so long for them to start my pedicure that my water turned cold and when I requested to have fresh hot water the nail tech got an attitude.
