Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCut my pinky finger with the manual file pretty deep. So deep it was still bleeding by the time I got out. Couldn’t do a basic flame design so I chose solid colors. The coat isn’t dark enough on my thumb nail so you can see the the white false glued to my finger. And four of the ten nails was put on crooked. I asked for a coffin shape too and it’s literally not shaped at all. This was my first time at this nail salon. Cut my pinky finger with the manual file pretty deep. So deep it was still bleeding by the time I got out. Couldn’t do a basic flame design so I chose solid colors. The coat isn’t dark enough on my thumb nail so you can see the the white false glued to my finger. And four of the ten nails was put on crooked. I never do designs so I wasn’t really sure but they turned out great and I really appreciated her time and effort she took to make sure I liked it and was happy with them. Critical: ProfessionalismWhen I asked what the charges would be for them to remove old acrylic and put gel polish on my natural nails I was quoted $35.00 and when he removed the acrylic off my natural nails he cut my natural nails way to short and was very hard in holding my hands. I was in and out of there before the lady in the chair beside me was and she came in after me. Then I was charged $48.00. When I asked what the charges would be for them to remove old acrylic and put gel polish on my natural nails I was quoted $35.00 and when he removed the acrylic off my natural nails he cut my natural nails way to short and was very hard in holding my hands.
