First of all I would not recommend anyone to go there ever!!! I got my nails done yesterday and my marble design has completely come off on one hand and almost all the way off on the other. I had To wait for someone else to do my design and she started putting the top coat on my design finger and she said she has to do it before the design goes on…. Obviously they didn’t know what they are doing. If she didn’t put a top coat on then the design would not have peeled off.

I’ve been going here for months and they have always been so kind and wonderful to me. My nails also always look amazing. It’s beautiful inside, looks very high end with services and nail techs to match that! Fancy Nails is the best place to be pampered in a peaceful environment with the best nail professionals! Everything was great from the second I walked in and was greeted. Came here I had a pedicure, one of the best experiences 10/10!

Very quick service! My friend and I walked in and had immediate service for gel manicures. Customer service was amazing and the friendliness. They are ok. You wait longer for a pedicure, even with an appointment, than it takes them to do the pedicure! I feel rushed & my feet feel stressed after getting a pedicure here b/c they are rushing through it & always cut my toes with the clippers or the file. They barely scrub your heels, no matter which choice you pick for your pedicure. Wish there was a salon in Madison that actually does a real good job!

If I could submit zero stars I would. They would not allow me to make an appointment because they claimed I did not show up for an 11:00 pedicure appointment THAT I DID NOT MAKE. I tried to explain that I did not make that appointment (I never get pedicures and I’m at work everyday at 11:00), but she refused to listen. She was very rude and argumentative. Never going back!!
