Went in for eyebrow waxing and color change on my toenails. Left with a black eye from her waxing my brows and toes looked liked a first grader had been coloring!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had !!! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot first set of sns ever and want to cry every time I look at them I see everyone with there beautiful sns and I got a 1999 nail job that looks like I did my own acrylics I now have to go pay someone else to attempt to fix there complete disaster. Got first set of sns ever and want to cry every time I look at them I see everyone with there beautiful sns and I got a 1999 nail job that looks like I did my own acrylics I now have to go pay someone else to attempt to fix there complete disaster. Critical: Quality, ValueI got a full set of sns done on April 16th. It’s now a week and 2 days later this is what my nails looks like. The edges are rough as if he didn’t shape them. (He did, but clearly didn’t not do a good job.) During the service, I noticed how the layers of powder were a little thin. He also only dipped my fingers in the powder three times. Every other time I’ve gotten sns (at different locations) the nail artist dipped my nail in the powder 5 times. I didn’t say anything because he’s the professional and I’m ignorant when it comes to the process. I’ve never had sns only last one week. First let me say that Wendy the lady that does your pedicure is great! & she does a excellent job. On the other hand the nail man that did my nails is awful name Kent. After about a week my nails just started breaking and falling off. So my advice is get your nails done some where else they are not where u need to spend your money if u want beautiful lasting nails.
