Critical: PunctualityI have nothing against the folks that work here but my God, if you can never open at 9:00 AM like you advertise on your door, then change your business hours! As you can see, I have been a loyal customer because I continued to endure their unprofessionalism but I’ve had it after today. One time I waited after 9:40 for them to open and then there’s people who have been told to come back from the DAY BEFORE to get their services that they didn’t receive. Smh. THENNN, when they finally do drag in, there’s only 2 employees working. If the first 2 customers are getting nails and a pedi, your day is screwed if you plan on waiting! Hire more employees and be on time or change your hours of service and become an appointment only business. I have nothing against the folks that work here but my God, if you can never open at 9:00 AM like you advertise on your door, then change your business hours! As you can see, I have been a loyal customer because I continued to endure their unprofessionalism but I’ve had it after today. Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for May 29 at 11:30 am mind you I arrived at 11:05 am I’m waiting and waiting also there are two other people before me who had appointments at 9:30 and 10 then this mother and daughter come in who where told to come back because they were there til 1 am and I guess they were to tired and told them to come back but anyway they came in and they were put in a chair to get service I wasn’t mad one bit about this situation because it was not their fault they didn’t get service so I wait almost two hrs more when these two other ladies came in stating they had appointments for 1 and 12:30 the day before! They told them to go to a chair! Ok at that time I LOST IT and went Off because why weren’t these ladies served yesterday at their time ,well because they left because they got tired of waiting so technically they forfeited their appointment right? So why in the hell would you not make them make another appointment and take your customers who where their already for their appointments and we’re already waiting two hrs past their time.
