Did not listen , cut my toe nail to short , applied the very chunky looking , had dirt all in the polish , when I told them it was mess up they ignored me , over charged me for ugly work , and polish chip the next week and I had gotten gel polish, and now my toe nail is broken because of the application… I REPEAT DO NOT GO! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePaid $36 for two children to get their nails painted with Gel polish. By the end of the day only a few hours later the gel polish was peeling off. Definitely not worth the money and the paint job was very sloppy to begin with. All over the cuticles and one of the girls nails were painted so thin it was see thru. Paid $36 for two children to get their nails painted with Gel polish. By the end of the day only a few hours later the gel polish was peeling off. Definitely not worth the money and the paint job was very sloppy to begin with. All over the cuticles and one of the girls nails were painted so thin it was see thru. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went there and asked for French tip regular polish, the man continued to paint my whole toe after me saying French tip 5 times and I got feed up and told him to take the polish off because I didn’t ask for that they proceeded to tell me that I have to pay them $10 for their mistake so I pulled out my card and they told me to pay with card I need to have a $12 purchase…. I told them that I didn’t see the fairness in that but I proceeded to pay them. I went there and asked for French tip regular polish, the man continued to paint my whole toe after me saying French tip 5 times and I got feed up and told him to take the polish off because I didn’t ask for that they proceeded to tell me that I have to pay them $10 for their mistake so I pulled out my card and they told me to pay with card I need to have a $12 purchase…. Critical: ProfessionalismThey do good but I went to this older man for a pedicure & it was the worse one I ever got, literally! I was in pain the whole time. He scraped my ankle up and had both my big toes bleeding from filing it too hard . He put glue on the spots that it was bleeding which is weird af. I told him he was hurting my toes he said “I need to let them know ahead of time if I was diabetic” just because you made my toes bleed you make the assumption that I’m diabetic ?
