THIS PLACE SUCKS AT EYELASHES. First of all there’s no eyelash station just a random chair. The lady used HAIR GLUE. Yes, GHETTO HAIR GLUE not eyelash glue. There was clumps of hair glue on my lashes and I asked for cat eye she used scissors to shape them. Then I got angry because first of all you’re using the wrong glue and then it’s was MESSY AF, all over my eyelids and had nerve to ask did I like it. She said they last a week. A WEEK??! That’s how you know she’s doing a terrible job, my lash lady in the Jacksonville mall, uses real lash glue, beautiful job that lasts 3 weeks tops! I usually go to the mall but my lash lady wasn’t there so I went somewhere close. NEVER AGAIN. She does a terrible job and I doubt she has an eyelash certification. She’s also rude as heck and was mad because I was telling her this is not how you do eyelashes. She began having attitude and actually pushed me to sit back a little. Rest of their reviews are bad so I see why the place is always empty. She did my eyebrows nice and that’s the ONLY thing I would ever get from there. Flies everywhere, and I wrote this review as I was walking out the place. They ruined my whole mood I’ve never had horrible lashes. A bunch of rude people, they need to be shut down.

DO NOT COME HERE. The technician Henry became irate when I asked him to paint a piece of nail that was missing polish and to remove polish from my toe because he painted over the nail into the skin portion. I then told him that I wanted him to stop touching me because he was going to hurt me being as disgruntled as he was. He then ignored my request and proceeded to hurt me.

Horrible! The guy went outside the front door to smoke, and didn’t wash his hands after. The place was dirty. All my nails were sticking up, he didn’t listen when I pointed it out. He said it was fine. No base coat, sloppy paint job, bad filing, and he ripped up my cuticles. Don’t waste your money!

I have been patronizing this buisness for two years. On 3/29/22 I had the worst experience to date. The technician that did my nails named HENRY was horrible!!! He didn’t greet me or communicate. He became very irrate at me for checking my nails and letting him know how I wanted them done shape wise. He missed painting them on the side close to the cuticle, they were cut too short and he didn’t trim my cuticles as requested. He kept snatching my hand(arthritis in hands) and twisting my fingers. He then proceeded to ask me “are you ready now” and started staring at me in a very hateful manner. I asked him what was wrong and why he was acting in such a manner…that did it !! He jumped up started yelling at me (m a senior citizen) about why was I checking his work!!! I asked him politely not to talk to me in such a manner, but it did no good! The manager (a lady) did not intervene or ask him to stop. She made excuse for him and on top of that charged me full price for enduring such abuse from her employee. I kept asking g her for a small discount for his behavior but to no avail. She kept acting like she didn’t understand English. At this point I’m flustered..upset..and in shock . I paid and left, but I’ll never set foot in there ever again.!! My business wasn’t valued or me as a repeat customer that helps keep the doors open in this buisness was proven to be unappreciated!!! A very degrading and horrible experience!!!!

I frequent this salon with my teenage daughter. Their pedicures are amazing and the massage is worth every cent. The staff is polite. The reason I’m leaving only 3 stars is because they are quite sloppy with the manicures ( extra acrylic under nails and some crookedness from rushing) and due to the language barrier I think sometimes it’s impossible to get what I ask for. I sent my daughter alone last week and instead of coming home happy she was crying because she felt she wasted money on nails she didn’t like. For whatever reason they didn’t do the shape or colors requested and they again where crooked. If you get a manicure here make sure it’s the older woman she seems to be the only one that can provide a proper manicure. I am gonna keep going bc their hours meet my needs and them pedicures are the bomb.com but we will only be using the lady going forward for nails.

The young man that works here did a great job on my pedicure. The massage put me to sleep literally….haha. Their pedicure/massage chairs are the bomb! The best I have ever been in. It massage from your head all the way down your back to your butt bone. They also did a fantastic job on my eyebrows! And I’m very picky about those.
