I’m a review type of person so it’s safe to say I know somewhat of what I’m getting myself into when I go places. I’ve been looking for a consistent nail tech to treat my nails while allowing me to feel confident and sexy. Welp! Needless to say Fancy Nails exceeded that expectation! From the moment I left out the door my experience and the atmosphere were in align and it was wonderful and refreshing. I had the pleasure of Lolita bringing my feet back to life! Lol very kind and gentle. Accommodated my special request. From the staff to other clients everyone was friendly. They have gained a new repeat client. Thank you all again.

A couple of weeks ago I got my nails done by Summer which they look great but not for $70. Today I got my nails filled in by someone else and she not only butchered my cuticles but you charged me $45 instead of $30 like their website says, so I will not be recommending this place anymore and can easily find cheaper places for the same or better quality

Fancy Nails is the best nail salon and I highly recommend this nail shop to everyone. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a long time. The staff aren’t welcoming. It is a nice clean atmosphere. My nail tech Jenny is awesome and I love my nails every time I visit .

I have been a customer since forever, before Fancy Nails expanded their space. I come from Durham for my nails because this is the only salon I know of where all the Technicians are consistently good. When I spend money I like when I know what to expect. Jenny, Rhonda or any of the others can get it done. The pedicure Technicians are equally awesome. For me, it’s worth the drive. Unfortunately, the last two times I walked in (over the Christmas/New Year holiday) the salon was busy and I felt like the Technician rushed through my service, which sort of took way from the salon experience. I understand that weekends are usually busy and busy is good for business, but going forward, I will schedule my weekend appointments, and save the walk ins for the weekday. Either way I know my nails (feet and hands) will be spot on .

I just had the worst gel manicure of my life! The man who was first working on me cut up my cuticles, which was super painful, and now they are not only uneven but swollen and red. He couldn’t seem to figure out the color (it was blobby and streaky on my nail) so I asked for it to be redone by someone else. The woman who replaced him did a much better job with the color, though she blamed the first man’s poor work on the nail polish so I ended up with a different color than I originally picked. My nails look presentable from far away now because the color was redone but my nail beds are a mess and I just left because I had spent 2 hours there and didn’t want to spend a third. They apologized for the terrible manicure but didn’t bother to offer me a discount. AVOID this place if you can!

Stopped by for a walk-in pedicure on a Wednesday morning. Lee was my technician and made me feel instantly at ease with her light conversation and friendly demeanor. My nails needed a little extra TLC as I’m a bit rough on them and am on my feet a lot. Lee was By Far the Best nail technician I have Ever had at any nail salon in the area! She took her time and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Everything was clean and the environment was very welcoming to all genders and ethnicities which I appreciated! I highly recommend them, and I’ll be returning soon!

My nails have never looked better! I got a manicure, but they did such an amazing job that I also got a pedicure. They were so careful and made sure to clean all of the dead skin off. It was nice to be pampered like that after a long day at work.

They take their time and make sure the services are done perfectly, which is especially important to me because I’m very particular about my nails.
