Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was very impressed by the efficient service at Fancy Nails. I came in and was seated right away! They only had 2 employees working, but they were extremely professional and worked quickly! I got a gel manicure and was out of there in under 40 minutes! My nails look so great and they even gave me their opinion on the colors! I was very impressed by the efficient service at Fancy Nails. I came in and was seated right away! They only had 2 employees working, but they were extremely professional and worked quickly! I got a gel manicure and was out of there in under 40 minutes! My nails look so great and they even gave me their opinion on the colors! I will definitely go back there if I need another manicure or pedicure!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve gone to Fancy Nails a few times and the experience is always the same. The staff barely looks at you, barely speaks to you, and rushes to finish your nails. I get acrylics, and while it’s nice to be done soon it’s NOT nice to pay $40+ for lumpy, crooked, ragged nails. The main worker who greets all the customers is very, VERY rude. She treats the customer like they’re a burden and an annoyance. On top of this I find them unsettlingly unsanitary. I’ve gone to Fancy Nails a few times and the experience is always the same. The staff barely looks at you, barely speaks to you, and rushes to finish your nails. I get acrylics, and while it’s nice to be done soon it’s NOT nice to pay $40+ for lumpy, crooked, ragged nails. The main worker who greets all the customers is very, VERY rude. Apparently they had no appointments which is fine but but they let me stay there for five minutes while they were doing nothing but putting away nail polish and would look at me and then look away! Apparently they had no appointments which is fine but but they let me stay there for five minutes while they were doing nothing but putting away nail polish and would look at me and then look away!
