First time here, one day later and it’s already chipping. Not happy. I see what others are complaining about. They only use one coat for the regular mani/pedi. This is with one coat of the regular polish and one coat of a glitter topper. It seems like, if your not a regular or spending more money, they didn’t care.**Update** They also tried to bill me twice..!!!That service wasn’t even worth original price.

I recently started coming to Fancy nails and I love it here. You get quality nails. Miss Helen is an absolute sweetheart and she will make sure you get what you paid for l. I chose black for my first DIP nail here and explained to her I was a nurse and washed my hands alot and she took extra care of my nails for me. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueOur regular nail salon was closed and we went here because it was close. Upon walking in, I regretted it. It’s definitely not the cleanest and very disorganized. Although the staff was nice, they were pushy and tried to upsale the entire time. Not the relaxing vibe we were going for.We got pedicures, which was underwhelming at best. My nail tech shoved her tool down into my toenail so hard, it caused pain and I instantly thought to myself, “man I hope I don’t get an infection!”And that’s exactly what happened. The next day, my whole toe nail is in intense pain and even though I’m constantly disinfecting and soaking my foot – I’m literally limping cause my toe hurts so bad. I’m hoping I can solve this with topicals/antibiotics quickly. I wanted a bit of self-care not to lose my damn toenail. Unreal.There’s so many cleaner, more professional nail salons in the area with personable staff whom don’t hound you the entire time to add on additional services.
