My experience was terrible. I opted for the gel top coat over regular Polish. As I walked in there was one of the techs small child there who played on a computer with a the volume all the way up. A very loud annoying kids game and when she wasn’t doing that she was rolling around on a scooter or crying a temper tantrum. Now I understand some people think this is cute but I have a three yr old day in and day out and I go to the salon for some me time and a 3 yr old screaming isn’t what I want to hear. Between her rants, the computer, the scooter, the TV and the language barrier I was on overload. That was just the start. As I finally was invited to sit down another customer came in for a repair on a just done nail job and she left me sitting there with no apology for about then she answers the phone as soon as she sits back down and stops again. Then something with a pedicure. OK finally we get to it. The fill in looks horrible. Flat spits all over. It’s too wide and goes over the sides. Which she never fixed. I had to file down the sides when I got home. Then one of the nails didn’t dry and smeared. Had to be redone. So I think I’m done and walk out. Nope. All my nails are tacky and no shine. I get out of my car and go back in. The guy yells something and “fixes” it. Now it’s shiny. But ridgy. I leave. An hour later the messed up nail is bubbling and getting dings in it. I try to smooth them with my finger. The entire top coat slides off!! Now I have to go back and get it fixed! Not happy. The other nails are bubbling now too. I hope I can revise this review to reflect that they at least stand by their work.

Absolutely love this salon! The workers are so nice and it’s cheap. They offer a student discount and have fair prices. I got an acrylic full hand set and it was $35 without the tip. A few days later I went back for a complete nail repair, and they did it for free! Definitely will be going back to this salon again and again. 11/10

I have been to this nail salon many times. Of the salons I’ve visited, this is my favorite. It is a small, family run business. The workers are always helpful and accommodating. It can get busy, so I suggest calling ahead. I have had only one bad experience where my nail polish crinkled after I got home. I returned and they were happy to fix the problem. I recently brought my grandmother with me so we could both try the new nail dip method. It turned out amazing and I was very impressed with how respectful and kind they were to my 92 year-old grandmother. They called her “mom,” helped her walk and get in and out of her chair, and brought her water.

Do not use the guy that works here, made me bleed on two seperate occasions. The first time was pretty bad and he put skin glue on it and I had dried blood under glue around my finger, till my next fill ( no discount for that) and does a sloppy paint job. Left gel on my skin which I didn’t notice till after I got home. And my toenail polish was horrible, i asked for gel on my feet and got regular paint. They look bad. I felt like he rushed the whole time, both times I came, like they dont have enough staff. Never in my life. There is a girl there that does a great job but shes always busy so I’m not going back. Prices are good service is not.

The man who works there was extremely disrespectful to me and had an attitude with me as soon as I walked in. He was extreamly rough with my nails and made several of my nails bleed. He told me I was too sensitive. He had an attitude when I asked him to fix a nail that needed to be filed down more. I could feel the tension and when I asked him if he had an attitude he said,” yes because I am too picky” I said I dont care. I am the client and I am paying for a service. He said,” next time do not come to me. I dont care if you are a client or not”. The entire experience felt like I was bothering him. I told him I would never come back here again and he said” good, I dont care”. Let’s just say I had to search “how to file down my acrylics” because they were so uneven. And I was told my hands were “sensitive” because he literally made me bleed. If I could give 0 I would. Also that 20$ discount isn’t even 20$ they make you pay 30% because they force you to get gel.

Very unhappy with this place. The people their all have very ignorant attitudes. Had my nails done there for the first time ever a week ago. The woman put them on and then when she was shaping them , she did the oppisite of what I wanted. I asked that the tips be squared. Anyhow less than a week later I had to go back and pay to have them removed..They looked really bad . Going back to doing my own nails from now on. Had to give them a 1 star rating because I could’nt post this unless I gave it a star
