Listen to them when they give advice, they’re the professionals. Not only do every single one of them treat you like you’re family but they’re very clean and provide outstanding customer service! I went to do my nails a week and a day ago. but I had 4 days and the white line was already falling. The man was doing it for 2 hours, I hurt my nails a lot when I filed them and I didn’t finish them and I had to do the line again and they charged me $45 for everything. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went for a pedicure in October and I’ve been working myself up to go and get a pedicure again but I refuse to go back. I felt the need to write this post because they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. The lady who did my nails did not speak to me and finished my nails in less than 30 minutes. She did not even speak to me nor did she say that she was done and immediately left after finishing. I stayed in my seat for 15 minutes wondering if I should stay or wait for further instruction. When i complained to the lady next to me who works for the nail salon she said that she speaks little English. Which honestly, is understandable, but I look over to where she went and she was happily doing a pedicure and speaking to the person she was now attending. Unfortunately, my nails chipped three days later. For that reason, I am never going back.

Nails done by JoJo at Fancy Nails located in Sterling VA. She only work on Saturdays and Sundays. She is nice, funny, entertaining, and awesome at what she does! If you like to chat while getting your Nails done, she will hold a conversation with you unlike a lot of nail techs. She made me feel very welcomed. It truly felt like home away from home with a relaxing vibe! I wish that I wasn’t moving anytime soon because she would be my nail tech going forward. Thank you JoJo for being you and for being the bomb at it❣️

This was the worst manicure in my entire life. I would give negative stars if I could. They lady removed my gel with a drill and she went way too deep. My nails are paper thin and keep breaking/chipping…and its been 5 weeks. From the side view, you can see a huge difference from my natural nail to how far she filed. I asked for her to paint my nails with regular polish. She painted just as well as a 2 year old. She didn’t go close the the cuticle on some fingers and the sides were uneven and on some fingers the polish flooded my cuticle. I was so embarrassed that I removed the polish as soon as I was able to find some acetone. Would not recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI always come with my family to get our nails done here, the first time they did amazing & then the second time I came in I asked for an ombré they left me with uneven nails & the acrylic all over my nails & it didn’t even look ombré. I came back again today 12/19 & i asked for the designs below & the results didn’t match because they said the dip color was harder for the designs to stick and they failed to match my pedicure with my nails. They asked for photos I provided, I asked a few times to fix but they said it was okay. I always come with my family to get our nails done here, the first time they did amazing & then the second time I came in I asked for an ombré they left me with uneven nails & the acrylic all over my nails & it didn’t even look ombré. $45 regular manicure looks terrible. Polish looks uneven, cuticle was not done, and top coat was not applied correctly. The top coat was first applied, then nail polish on every finger with a thin coat and then repainted over the nails.
