I have used this company several times before and the last several times I have not been impressed. The acrylic wasn’t fully set before he started trimming them. (They fixed it after I mentioned it messed one of the nails up.) He kept the same gloves on that he had been using to do the pedicures of the two clients before me and my daughters. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

I had a bad experience. They treat me with respect but other then that. Their service nails are not good. After 3 day. A nail come out and the lady did my nails to thicker and looks very unprofessional. I also have the pedicure and both services where 1 hour together. I don’t recommend this place. Plastic walls up between us and the technicians AND they make us wear masks. That was weird in itself. Then, the lady messed my cuticles up literally the day before up close MATERNITY pictures (which capture hand shots)– Yes, I told her. Honestly, I think it’s just best to use English speaking professionals NO MATTER WHAT. They pretend to understand you but really have no idea what you’re saying to them. My daughter hated her nail color and my hands were a mess. Also, nails broke after a week and a half.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had told the nail tech I wanted just acrylics, she then proceeded to add extra costs on my bill such as solar nails which added up. Then when my nails were done they were chipped and already looked like I had them for weeks and they already needed filled again. Then there was hair in them, at the end of the visit she charged me more for something I just said I did not want.I asked her to refund the extra money she charged me, she then started shouting and causing a scene and started saying it’s only $10. she then started acting extremely rude and was insulting me.Long story short, horribly unprofessional attitudes, horrible results, and UNSANITARY. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had. Will never go here again. The worst manicure I’ve ever had. Should have done it myself & saved the $20 bucks. My polish was thick and uneven didn’t even cover the entire nail and he never even used cuticle oil..he honestly didn’t know what he was doing! Only got one star because they have free wine!
