Critical: Professionalism, QualityWas first shocked that they don’t have displays showing the gel colors. Since gel nail polish bottles have a wrapper over them unlike regular nail polish, the only way to see the color was to open each individual bottle. When I sat down to have my old gel removed, the woman started ripping it off with her own fingernails instead of soaking them in acetone. I told her that it was ripping my nails off and asked if she could please wrap them. She ended up wrapping the 2 that she couldn’t rip off on her own. She chipped her own nail in the process and started filing it then spent the rest of the time on the phone. When she painted my nails, she didn’t paint all the way into the corners so they are already starting to lift a few days later.
