I walked in and got the dirtiest look from everyone in there including the workers. They acted like they didn’t even want me there. I walked in and the woman ignored me until she realized I was waiting and asked how she could help me with a snarky attitude . I told her a full set and she hesitated and acted like she couldn’t help me. I didn’t get my nails done there and I never will. They’re rude people and extremely judgemental. I’m not sure if they’re racist or what but I will never give business to people like that.

I called prior to ubering to fancy nails I spoke to the only nail tech and attempted to make an appointment she proceeded to tell me they do not take appts walk ins only. I told her I would be there shortly and confirmed she could take me. Upon arrival there was only one person other than the nail tech I’m the entire salon. I told the nail tech I was there for my fill, she took one look at me and told me no she could not see me. Then proceeded to rudely tell me 3 people were coming and had called prior to my arrival. I told her I also called I also explained that I am ubering and would have to Uber elsewhere if she couldn’t see me. Again she told me no and denied me service. I stuck around and waited til 2 other women came in (not 3) and told her how incredibly unprofessional she was. I do not recommend terrible customer service

Had gel done on my toes which came out nice, but I had them do dip on my fingernails for vacation. Second day of vacation I had three nails chip completely off. They were gritty and uneven to start with. Have heard good things about this place and was unfortunately disappointed.

Old chairs didn’t work. Dingy atmosphere. Person doing my nails not very helpful. Bad pedicure and canceled my manucure. Couldn’t wait to leave. My daughter was with me had a much better pedicure than me. Won’t come back.

Did not like the atmosphere at all..pedicure barely adequate..woman stood over me..looking in my purse…NO CASH.? NO CASH? Did not want my credit card..you have check.? No cash.? Make check out to cash. Let me sit in chair for a very long time…waiting game for toe nails to dry….no drying machines…by the way..till finally l had to get someone to look if l was dry..after they take your money..and that’s soon as they get done with you..from that point on..your on your own..Also the language barrier is terrible..they asked if l wanted massage 10 minutes ..l said ok…as l have Always had a leg and foot massage with a pedicure…she set timer and said ok 10 dollars more for massage..NEVER EVER AGAIN..

I’ve been here before and have received good service. However, we went today at noon when the salon supposedly opened at 11. The lights were on and the sign said “open” but the doors were locked. No one was inside and no one was answering the phone. This has happened before. We are going somewhere else which is disappointing.
