Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in tonight as a last decision. The owner of the shop stayed open a little longer to finish my nails & even added the gems because she liked the idea of the style I wanted. It’s always nice when the artist can help you decide or come up with something. The pricing is very reasonable as well. For example, the first time I went I had a full set of acrylic put on & a pedicure & it was only $81. I will definitely be a regular client of theirs. I went in tonight as a last decision. The owner of the shop stayed open a little longer to finish my nails & even added the gems because she liked the idea of the style I wanted. It’s always nice when the artist can help you decide or come up with something. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I have hideous feet and they did an amazing job making them look really cute. I took my daughters this time to get pedicures and gel nails. All three pedicures, two sets of gel nails, and the acrylic fill look great. The little starfish she added is the cutest thing I’ve seen. Will definitely be a regular here. This is the second time I’ve been to this salon. The first time was with my sister a month ago. I have hideous feet and they did an amazing job making them look really cute. I took my daughters this time to get pedicures and gel nails. All three pedicures, two sets of gel nails, and the acrylic fill look great. The little starfish she added is the cutest thing I’ve seen. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityWhen we arrived we were told to wait, even though we had made the appointment the day before. While sitting down we noticed a shrine on the wall to a chihuahua named Coco; who soon made an appearance. He proceeded to pee on a customers foot, and take a dump on the welcome mat. We were then seated 45 minutes later (not horrible) but the nail tech proceeded to take creative liberties and ignore my request for no design. Which I understand why she didn’t, because it bumped up the price. And the cherry on top, was when I walked up to the counter to pay, assuming Cocos little gift had been cleaned up in the past hour and half.
