Critical: Quality, ValueEveryone was really nice and professional here, please don’t let that get lost in what I am saying. I just got my nails done 3 days ago and they are already lifting. There is left over acrylic from where it was quickly and sloppily applied and looks very amateurish. There was absolutely no manicure at all in the $55 plus tip that I paid (nails weren’t shaped and prepped correctly, no cuticle trim, nothing.), and it was a very rushed application and the result reflected that. My friend got hers done too and went home and filed them off because they were just as sloppy. Overall, I enjoyed the staff, but the quality of work for the price was poor. Everyone was really nice and professional here, please don’t let that get lost in what I am saying. I just got my nails done 3 days ago and they are already lifting. There is left over acrylic from where it was quickly and sloppily applied and looks very amateurish. My sister went here to get a manicure and pedicure for her wedding. The nails were not done well and had runs in the paint when they were done. But they were unwilling to fix it without charging full price again. Also, a $30 “pedicure” does not include any scraping for callus removal. They were very rude and she left the store in tears.

I am actually very upset. I left this salon in such a pleasant mood despite the 2 hour wait when I scheduled an appointment. The salon was out of monomer and had to use gel nails. Which was completely fine with me because they compensated the price difference. However after 4 days I already have the nails breaking and falling off. I do not play sports nor have I participated in any strenuous activity. Very disappointed the people in the salon were so polite and genuine! I went there for a full set acrylics and to get my eyebrows waxed. They did an amazing job. They were so friendly. Unlike a lot of places, the young man that was doing my nails took his time and made sure they were right. Definitely coming back!

I have been coming here for years and I’m always happy. This was the first time I brought my daughter, and even though she’s only four, they were patient with her and never got frustrated with her trying to sit still (and not succeeding). Very comfortable and always do a great job!

The people were very nice ,but I pd $45.00 for gel nails ,and the nail color is coming off and chipping. It was only one week. I normally pay $25.00 for gel and a manicure , and it’ll last about a month.

To be honest, I was VERY mad at them from the start. They didn’t even ask me before drilling. I went just to get my nails painted, not made super long. And that is not the ONLY thing. You couldn’t hear half the things they said. They were extremely rude to me and to my two friends. They made two of my nails crooked and I specifically remember him asking me to pay before he started painting “just in case he makes a mistake.” Then the older lady started insulting my friends and ME most of all. They also hurt my friends nails and I woke up the next morning and my fingers hurt and so did my friends. And when they read this review, they totally ignored what I was saying and made assumptions. They didn’t even address the fact that they hurt my friends when drilling and they didn’t even say sorry. Also, if you do go, ask for one of the ladies to do it if you have to. The guy sort of new what he was doing, but it’s definitely a ladies job. That’s only if you have to go. Both my friends also don’t recommend this place. My hometown is cheaper and they’re more gentler than them.

Honestly pretty disappointed. I decided to go here because it is close to where I work and I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure for a wedding. I should have saved my $60 and did my nails myself. Both the manicure and pedicure were rushed and the finished product looked as such and my manicure wasn’t even a manicure. She didn’t even touch my cuticles. I’m by no means high maintenance, but I was truly disappointed since I came here after seeing decent reviews. If I’m spending $60 for my nails to be done I’d like for them to look professionally done.
