Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy first time at Fancy Nails was wonderful! Angel did my pedicure, gel manicure and eyebrow waxing. She did an amazing job with everything! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Despite how busy it was I did not feel rushed. The staff all seemed very pleasant and the other customers seemed very happy. My first time at Fancy Nails was wonderful! Angel did my pedicure, gel manicure and eyebrow waxing. She did an amazing job with everything! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Despite how busy it was I did not feel rushed. The staff all seemed very pleasant and the other customers seemed very happy. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend it!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe quality of appearance of my nails was very amateur. The color is uneven and there are bumps on the acrylic itself. The whole experience took way longer than it should have, I ended up being in the store for well over an hour for basic french tips. The woman who was doing my nails was also extremely rude, both yelling at me when I requested she touch up on my nails when she made a mistake, and calling me names under her breath. The quality of appearance of my nails was very amateur. The color is uneven and there are bumps on the acrylic itself. The whole experience took way longer than it should have, I ended up being in the store for well over an hour for basic french tips. The woman who was doing my nails was also extremely rude, both yelling at me when I requested she touch up on my nails when she made a mistake, and calling me names under her breath. The salon was very clean and they followed all the CDC recommendations. Today was my first visit. I had a very positive experience. I got a Mani &padi. Both my technicians were very nice and professional. The salon was very clean and they followed all the CDC recommendations. I brought a picture of the nail style I wanted and the end result looked excatly like the picture, I am very happy and will definitely be back

My nails are too short and she didn’t ask how long or short I wanted them. She didn’t give me the oil that they are supposed to do at the end, and my ACRYLICS didn’t go under the light. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THEM.Service: Manicure
