All I’m saying is I’ve NEVER been disappointed with my nails.. I started wrapping my own nails and they have done a superb job.. She takes her time, makes sure she has colored every part of my nail evenly.. She takes my ideas and brings them to life!! I get many compliments.. I don’t mind that the other woman look over to see what she’s doing.. That means she knows her ish!! The atmosphere is laid back, and I have never had an issue with customer service.. I give 4 not 5 stars only because to me the pedis could be a tad more thorough, but over all, this is my spot

Critical: Quality, ValueI paid for a gel fill in. The woman cut me & just added alcohol to the cut. The paint literally came off like a sheet of paper the same day. And my nail was so brittle lost two nails the same week. Wasn’t worth the price I paid for it. My friend told me to go back for them to either give me my money back or do it over at no cost. However, they weren’t even sincere when I was There. Not to mention I had One woman add my set and another paint my nails. I’ve never seen that happened in my entire life before. I had an amazing experience. Please disregard the negative reviews and go see for yourself. I found this location from google. And I love my nails and feet. They took their time, pedicure chair has a massage function, and they massage your hands and feet once paint dry. I would 100% recommend. Acrylic nails, Pedicure

Started with pedicure and it was rubbish. Thought the manicure was going to be better but it was worse. Wrapped my nails and I could still see my nails after pushing my cuticles backwards. Also, it hurts so much and was heavy. Spoke to the manager and showed her the nails but her behavior was worse than the person that fixed my nails. I’m giving 2 stars because They do great nails and I’m a repeat customer faithfully but I came twice for eyebrows and was told both times no and they were very rude saying it. Yu don’t treat a paying customer like that. Especially one who come there for Nails feet and eyebrows. So I will take my money else where and this was the manager who turned me down both times. They have no customer service skills

Actual review is below —— in response to my review : please don’t act like you were being nice, because you weren’t I only got the service for free cuz I didn’t like it and you didn’t wanna hear me complain anymore along with another client whom was getting the pedi and acrylic and was never told her pricing changed as well. You said it’s fine don’t pay and don’t come back ever and ripped the ticket in my face. Those were your words. I was not sitting in the front because that’d be where the pedicure stations are, so if I’m sitting all the way in the back how’d one turn all the way around to see extra charges for little cut downs, not get told it’s extra and the nail tech broke two of my nails on the process rushing, I said TRIM NOT CUT.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars ! First I was overcharged & charged for every single thing & here it is 4 days later & I am currently at the ER for a rapid nail fungus ! Please be aware and if possible go to a cleaner shop ! My finger is completely swollen & numb around my entire cuticle & also has a fever & a green bubble below the skin ! Not to mention IT IS PAINFUL as hell ! Will be notifying BBB & the health department !

Cute pedicure, but the nail tech needs more skill I will not be returning for a full set she butchered mine it’s sloppy bumpy and the acrylic isn’t filed down nicely. They’re nice for a quick fix but if you’re a high maintenance kinda female this place will aggravate you
