Critical: Professionalism, QualityLet’s be very clear, per my previous review… your rude response speaks for itself as far as your standards are concerned. I was not in a rush but wanted my nails done properly, which neither of you delivered. I tip because I have been in the cosmetic industry for over 12 years and I understand that the time it took was time away from your household. I simply will never return that’s all, no hard feelings… my suggestions for your business future success would be to focus on customer service, listen in depth to complaints/concerns before you fast talk your clients and prep your techs with the necessary tools to resolve issues using proper conflict resolution. Let’s be very clear, per my previous review… your rude response speaks for itself as far as your standards are concerned. I was not in a rush but wanted my nails done properly, which neither of you delivered. I tip because I have been in the cosmetic industry for over 12 years and I understand that the time it took was time away from your household. I simply will never return that’s all, no hard feelings… my suggestions for your business future success would be to focus on customer service, listen in depth to complaints/concerns before you fast talk your clients and prep your techs with the necessary tools to resolve issues using proper conflict resolution. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThere is honestly only one person in this shop that can actual perform a service without complaint, constant guidance and/or correction. It did not use to be like this but, they do not have any experienced techs worth allowing to touch my nails or feet. I went in to get acrylics soaked off and an overlay including gel color. (a very simple service). The tech did not begin with any confidence, piled acrylic on one nail over and over attempting to shape unnecessarily. I stopped her and asked after nail 3 and almost 20 minutes “do you know what you’re doing?” And she stared at her boss until she began to rudely speak for her because she didn’t understand or speak English. I will NEVER allow this shop the opportunity of my business again. Not worth it when there are so many around. There is honestly only one person in this shop that can actual perform a service without complaint, constant guidance and/or correction.
