I highly recommend this salon! The nail technician was very friendly and did a good job replicating the reference photo I showed her. She was very attentive to detail and took her time shaping my nails, checking in regularly with me to see if I liked the shape. The price was also affordable. I will definitely be coming here again! Best acrylic set I have ever had. I walked in, the owner and her team were really nice and friendly. I’m going on five days and the nails are still fly as all heck. Not a single scratch, knick, or anything. I put theses nails though the ringer too. I cooked Thanksgiving and did 2 households worth of dishes BY HAND. This store made me want to have acrylic nails 24/7. Cannot recommend this salon more.

I mean, no surprise there. Jenny took her time and really made an effort into making sure my nails were designed exactly the way I wanted them to be. She had 2 women behind me for pedicures and she took one of those women in the middle of my appointment. No lie. I was annoyed, to say the least. It just didn’t make sense to me…. Until she explained why she did, what she did, when she got back to the booth I was sitting at. Her explanation was logical, thoughtful and I appreciated her actions more than I thought I would. She explained the reason why she took one of the women in the middle of my appointment is because she didn’t want to feel like she had to rush to get mine done, in order to get to one of them. Jenny took her time and really made an effort into making sure my nails were designed exactly the way I wanted them to be. Wow! I just had my long nails done for the first time here and I am so impressed. The shop is clean and people are very friendly. I was comfortable right away! The process was quick and painless. (Not true everywhere!). The price was very reasonable. And my nails are BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you so much. I am very happy and will definitely be back.

Can I just take a moment to really highlight this nail salon? Jenny took the time to answer so many of my questions over the phone and then when I came in. The customer service is unreal and I will most likely continue to drive an hour to continue supporting Fancy Nails.

I got gels done on Tuesday and they are already chipping off on Friday/Saturday. I also had a pedicure and was not offered flip flops to wear while my nails were done so I walked across barefoot. Overall shop didn’t feel very clean. The woman who did my nails was very nice but overall I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

I found my nail tech in Vermont! Ky does an excellent job with both my manicure and pedicure. The conversations are nice to have as well. The space is clean, everyone is super friendly, and the service is exceptional.

The people who run the business are very kind, however I’ve had 2 back to back bad experiences. The first time the woman trimmed my cuticles very aggressively with cuticle nippers that did not appear to be sanitized and cut me 4 times on 4 fingers. I was sore for days. I decided to try one more appointment and she cut me again 3 times so I’m sore again. She actually pointed out one of the wounds and asked if it was sore! The nails themselves were uneven and ragged, so much so that I had to file them myself when I got home. They are so thin that I broke one the day after my appointment. I will never return and I cannot recommend this salon.
