First time going to this place a friend recommended it. The experience was really good. The prices are more affordable than most places. They are really sweet people that did my daughter’s and my toenails and fingers. She was so good at doing the nail art and she is very quick at it. I will definitely go back there again.

I was a regular customer for about a year, every 2 weeks and I always made appointments. About 12 hours after getting an acrylic fill, part of the acrylic chipped off one of my nails. I did NOT break my nail or cause the damage myself. I made an appointment the same day for them to repair it. I was told I had to pay $3 for the repair, even though I didn’t cause the damage and even though I just had my nails done the previous day. They said “regardless of the reason” I had to pay. If I had caused the damage, I wouldn’t have had an issue with paying. And even if I hadn’t caused the damage but it happened a few days later, I still wouldn’t have had an issue with paying. But in this scenario it was clear that the damage was due to their shoddy workmanship almost immediately after my nails were done. I realize that some customers may lie about who caused the damage or when/how it occurred, but I was not lying. Sadly they apparently have no concept of customer service or customer retention, so I obviously will not be going back.

I go here every month to get my nails done. They last a month or longer. KIM IS AWESOME she does everything free hand and is quick these are my Christmas nails. She is very reasonable also.

I normally go else where to get my nails done. This is the first time going to Fancy and it will be my last. My nails are miss shaped, bubbles in the polish and NOT what I asked for. I made a appointment tomorrow to have them fixed else where. I went with a friend and her and I where trying to talk. The woman turned around and turned up the TV so we couldn’t. Wasted money and time.

I asked for coffin shape and got rounded squares, the design was supposed to be classy as a test run for my wedding, but they look more like they belong on a 12 year old who is still practicing. MIL got her toes done and they clipped her nails down way too much, as well as not covering the entire nail with polish. We tried multiple times to correct the issues but the language barrier made it hard for everyone to understand each other.

Kim is amazing at designs, shaping, etc. Her husband not so much. He rushs thru and is quite rough on cuticles. The shop is a little outdated but lots of color options and style choices. They’re process are reasonable and the have bonus cards! Def recommend booking an appointment and requesting Kim ahead.
