I went in for a gel color change and the lady doing my nails didn’t do I good job. She didn’t file off all the previous gel and her paint work was not good at all. My nails looks like I have little circle on my nails. Plus they over charge for a gel color change. She said it would have been $25 but because it’s gel it’s $37 and the same for my toes. I had a color change on my toes for gel too and it was $40. No manicure, no pedicure just a color change and I paid $81 plus tax. I’m complaining because for that price I could have gotten a full mani and pedi. And paid whatever extra for gel color. Point is they over charge and don’t produce good work.

Horrible experience. It’s been a little over a week and already two nails have broken On both me aMe and my sisters fingers. went for a full acrylic set and a pedicure. When my sister asked for a pink and white ombre they said they were unable to do ombre because they didn’t have the tools. They didn’t clean her nails just simply added the acrylics. My nails were also not cleaned, and the lady doing my nails seemed extremely irritated throughout the whole process sighing extremely dramatically and rolling her eyes. The paint was smudged and there was bubbles in the acrylic nails. The lady who did my nails fixed it three times and still left it looking a mess

I have tried other nail salons closer to where I now live but haven’t found any that compare. I make the 40 minute drive to Avon just to get a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure massage chairs are luxurious. Chris (female) id my go-to nail technician. She is professional and my manicures always last! Hans, the owner, is entertaining to talk with. I have been going to this nail salon for years. I grew up in the Farmington Valley area and moved to Bolton years ago. I have tried other nail salons closer to where I now live but haven’t found any that compare. I make the 40 minute drive to Avon just to get a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure massage chairs are luxurious. Chris (female) id my go-to nail technician. She is professional and my manicures always last! Hans, the owner, is entertaining to talk with. This salon was clean, the staff greeted me immediately. I called them a half hour before I came, and they did a gel mani, and pedi on me. They were only supposed to do the mani, but Sara made time for me for my pedi too! She was gentle, and she did such a great job on my hands and feet. She even massaged my feet, legs, and shoulders as well!!! I came in from out of town, and when I’m back here, I will come back! I will recommend them to every local! Go see Sara! But, l wanna explain the unprofessional and rude manner which indicate or criticize by someone. Regarding that customer’s nail, it was coffin shape nail with 2 inches length. Whenever I do that customer’s nail, I tried my best but had a really really hard time in taking care of that kind of stuff, & worked at the high risk of being sick.. So my hubby apologized and explained to her in a civil way that she(Sarah)is not confident of doing the UV gel stuff. And then I refund completely all of money she spend, including the tip. What should I do more now? Despite being sick and lack of self-confidence for that long long nail, I will have to take care of that customer on and on? I just told her that please find out the better nail salon from now on because I didn’t have any confidence at all. What’s wrong with this? At any rates, I will take care of any customer as I always did so far. I’m Sarah of Fancy Nails. First of all I do not want to argue with someone and the recent bad review. But, l wanna explain the unprofessional and rude manner which indicate or criticize by someone. Did shellac nail polish which is supposed to last longer ,the second day the tip of my fingernails were already coming out. The lady that did my nails “Joy” was in a rush didn’t even do my cuticles with sissors only used nail filer Really .
