Critical: Quality, ValueThey lady rushed through my pedicure and manicure. I didn’t feel welcomed. I got the wax on my hands after my manicure and the lady waSTED Iit all over my jacket AND THE FLOOR and tried to make it seem like it was my fault. it was hers because she was rushing the entire time. This was my second time going here. The first time the service was exceptional. She took her time on my pedicure but she didn’t make feel welcomed as well. I though I’d give it another try because how good the First Lady was on my toes. HORRIBLE DECISION I AM NEVER COMING BACK. I went to this place for the first time today after I got off work which was around 5 o clock. I was only going to get them to take of the powder dip I already had on my nails but then I decided to try out their service to see what kind of job they would do so I got the powder dip again but a different color. There was one other person in front of me waiting. The wait was a bit long for me but after all was said and done, I could see why the wait took so long. A different lady took my old polish off than the one who actually did the new nails. Both took their time, didn’t rush and seemed very patient. The atmosphere was friendly even the interactions among other customers in the salon. I was happy to have Sophia do my nails especially admiring what a fine job she did on the customer before me sitting next to me. A negative is the price is too high however I am happy with my nails and I think both ladies working on me did a great job.

Despite how busy they are or about to close , they take their time to do your nails. I use to go to another nail spa and they always made me feel like they were talking about me (which I know they were literally) but here they don’t make me feel awkward. I love how my powered dipped nails came out , she did such a great job! The price is a tad bit higher by a few bucks BUT they are worth it and great customer service! Thank you! I’m one happy customer from now on!
