I have been going to Fancy Nails for about a year. Normally I’ve pretty happy with my nails. However the last time I went I was so so disappointed. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I wanted them to be special because I was going out of town for a trip. They knew this beforehand. The pictured nails show a ballerina shape blood drip design but I got the wish version of what I asked for. During the process I voiced my concerns about the mail shape he gave me which was a short stiletto. I’ve never asked for a short stiletto since I know they would break on me too easily and they looked like tiny cat claws. I couldn’t have them redone because I was on a strict schedule which he knew about. After I was charged $80 for the set!! I’ve never been charged that much ever, and stupidly I left an additional 10 tip even tho I wasn’t happy. Since then I had to go back to have 2 nail fixed, I asked for a pricing sheet but they do not have one. It seems they charge based on how they feel and since I voiced my concerns I was charged more. I’ve gotten longer nails with them as a new set and never paid more than $65. I’m really disappointed they would treat a loyal customer like they did and yes I should’ve not paid but I couldn’t haggle with ppl when I had to go pick up my kids. They don’t or won’t understand why I’m unhappy and refuse to see the issues. My advice ask for pricing upfront so they can’t change it down the road. I showed other nail techs my nails and they were shocked I was charged so much. Smh. I do not recommend!

Went to fancy nails for a full set of nails today and they did such a great job!!! I usually bounce all over because I do walk in and they have been the best for sure!! Very friendly people. Definitely will be my spot to go from now on!! Acrylic nails

I’ve been getting manicures, pedicures, pink and white acrylic and design here for two and a half years. Husband and wife team that do amazing and are very friendly. I’ve never had a nail break when having acrylics. Pedicures always look fabulous!!! Clean restrooms and sanitary work.

The nails themselves were great, but they made us wait almost 45 minutes after our appointment was scheduled. People’s time is so important. I didn’t really appreciate them making us wait and act like nothing happened. They didn’t apologize or even try to make up for it ($10 off next apt, 10% off the services, something like that).
