I will never go back. I’ve been here a few times. The mother ( older lady) did my nails at first. Then the daughter did my nails. She was rude and very sorry with people that called or came in. I had originally given them 5 stars but after my last experience it dropped to 1. I wish I could’ve given them a-5 star rating.

Best place in the Shoals! You have to be patient! They do not rush through the job. That is why there is always a wait. I get the gel polish and it always stays on several weeks. I’ve gotten gel polish elsewhere that was damaged and cracked within a few days. That is not the case here. This is a locally owned family business and they work very hard to keep their standards high. I drive from Florence just to go here, and I haven’t found anywhere else that does a better job.

They done a great job on my pedicure and mine and my daughters nails! They took their time and made sure they done my daughter’s designs the way they wanted. Very sweet, and great prices!

3 bloody cuticles later…I wanted the acrylics removed and try dipping, I got filled and gelled and she tried to tell me it was the same thing. I just went with it because I was short on time and needed something done. But I wont go back, and neither will the friends who referred me to them.

Horrible experience. Three nails were completely messed up and the french tip was the worst job I’ve ever seen. When we asked to have it corrected. The manager was dismissive and unaccommodating. We were told we had to wait because they have others in front of us!!! So because they did horrible work, we had to wait for them to fix it. Needless to say, that will be the last time. PS…not once did they apologize for not giving us exceptional service. Instead, they treated us like we were annoying. Don’t go here. I love small businesses, but you must do a good job.

I went in today twice. 1st time entering business, No greetings. Crowded. I left came back still no greeting. Others who came after me were greeted & asked what service they would like. Two nail techs were loud & obnoxious. One nail tech don’t do acrylics. First & last time. Wasted day
