I absolutely hate this place. The lady who cut my hair is named BAC she has absolutely no clue what she is doing. I came in there asking for long layers but first asked if she can do a small trim to the bottom of my hair just to get the dead ends off. My hair before going here was down past my hips now it’s to my shoulders — THAT IS NOT A TRIM!! I also asked her to do curtain bangs and this lady cut my hair not even past my nose!! They are literally to my temples!! During the entire hair cut I kept saying “TOO SHORT” that is a clear indication to stop cutting the length of my hair!! To end it off when I was visibly upset she had the nerve to say “when you go home, wash your hair, and style it, it’ll look better” that’s a clear example that she had no clue what she is doing!! News flash I washed, colored and styled my own hair at home today and IT DOES NOT LOOK BETTER. If I could give this place a 0 star I would!! These ladies have no business cutting hair when they do not know how to cut each hair type.
