Truly rudest staff ever. Especially the woman who answers the phone and schedules you. Their prices have increased from $36 to $65 for the same service and they allow other customers to talk on the phone while getting you’re getting a massage. Not just a quick answer with a “Hi I’m busy I’ll call you back later”, but a full on conversation about what they did over the weekend. If you’re looking to relax while getting a massage, this is not the place for you…

Horrible staff and customer service! I highly recommend not going there! I had an appointment for 12 with Wendy. I come in and Wendy isn’t there. They tell me I have to wait till 2:30. I asked to speak to a manager and the person at the front desk just walked away and didn’t come back.
