i came here to get a V shape haircut & the lady straightened my hair & then cut it, didn’t even get it wet, just chopped my hair & messed it up, ended up having to go to another salon & waste even more money to get it fixed. if you have long hair, go somewhere else for a haircut. they will jus mess it all up. Terrible customer service! Websites says they are open until 7pm. I called early in the day and the person who answered said I could bring my son at 6:00 for a hair cut. On the way, I realized I wasn’t going to be able to get there until 6:05, so I called. Another person answered saying she wasn’t going to wait for us because they close at 6:00. Hard to know what the hours actually are!!!

I came to this place few times and got enough experience to write review. Here is what I thought: There are only 2 people working here. Thao is an owner, for me she is just an average hairdresser (if I don’t want to say she is below average). She cut my hair twice and both time I did have to tell her how to fix my hair after she finished. I know that she doesn’t like it when I asked her to fix it but the reality is she did a bad job. Basically she doesn’t meet my standard.

Went for the first time Tuesday afternoon. Thao was able to fit me in after only a short wait. It was totally worth it! I have long, thick hair and she meticulously cut it from all angles to get every straggler. She added some small layers and thinned the edges. Gave me a great cut with just basic communication of what I needed. Hair feels great and clean, Will definitely return

Critical: PunctualityI gave them a call to ask if you need to schedule an appointment they said you don’t, you can just walk in. When I came to the store they said I need to wait 30 minutes for the haircut. So I went to my car because it smelled pretty bad in the store. I always get my haircuts here. Reasonably priced, I’ve been coming to this location back when it was a Great Clips (1995). Conveniently located next to Albertsons and places to eat. They are opened on Mondays which is the same day as Cheap Chicken day at the Albertsons deli! Many hair locations are closed on Mondays, not Fancy Cuts.
