I hadn’t cut my hair in a little over a year thanks to Covid. I went in today with the longest, grossest, driest hair without an appointment, and Maria attended to me—no questions asked. She was polite, professional, and she nailed exactly what I wanted after seeing some pictures. I also appreciated that everyone was masked. I will definitely be returning here. It was also only $20 for the great chop that she gave me, so thanks, Maria! Everyone remember to tip your hairdressers!

Maria is very friendly, professional and experience. She loves what she does and is passionate about making everyone feel and look good. She is my new personal hairstylist. Never been or heard of Fancy Cuts until a friend referred me to them. Didn’t know what to do with my new hair after chemo. “Well” they did an awesome job. They are really experienced. I know where I’ll be going when my hair grows out more. They have the nicest ladies there so give them a try. I’m very happy!

At first I was really happy with my hair, but not the price!! I was charged a lot of money for a partial high/low light and a trim…Unfortunately, the next day, my co-workers noticed that there were dark lines on the back of my head where the color was missing and my haircut was uneven! I went in to speak to Maria about it and she offered to fix it. I told her that I honestly just wanted a refund and she became very rude and said that I couldn’t get my money back. We asked if she just made up any price that she wanted and she said YES! Her customer service skills were abysmal. I highly recommend going somewhere else that is higher quality and probably less expensive.

Fancy cuts is definitely a good hair salon. Their prices are very reasonable. I always get my haircut the way I want it by showing the hairdresser a picture of what I want. The service is always good and expedient but I never feel too rushed.

I took my son for a hair cut. I tried to tell the lady that my son is autistic and the sound of the clippers makes him nervous. I asked her repeatedly to be patient with him. She got increasingly annoyed with him cringing and ducking his head and became impatient with him and me! And the haircut was horrible!! Never again! Don’t waste your money!!!
