Went to get a gel manicure here, the polish started peeling the first day. Cost was $46. Went to redo nails and the staff did not speak adequate English to understand concerns, completely filed my nails into non existence after weeks of growth, and continuously ignored what I requested and did what they wanted to my nails. After an hour of trying to communicate and them messing up multiple times, the nails again stated peeling on the second day. Stay away from the nail services, they must use subparand old products and do not care about customer needs despite the price.

I registered on line for 2 treatments – gel pedicure and powder dip manicure. The pedicure person was great. For some reason, though, no one thought to mention I was having another treatment so they could begin the polish removal process. Lyn did very well, but cut things short to fit in the time line. My dip manicure only got 2 coats of color so is very translucent. And, the next day the top coat is peeling off. It also seems strange to charge EXTRA to cut down your nails. Once the color was on, no lotion or hand massage.

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Extremely messy job and he out the top coat on before the French tips were dry so the whole nail turned white. I mentioned it and he took it off with acetone and didn’t put any clear polish back on the toe. Really unacceptable.

The owners use non-licensed non-skilled people to do nails. They want to use the electric sander to remove the entire coat of gel polish (instead of soaking!) which means you will be left with no nail bed! To top it off, I drove 40 minutes to use a gift card I was given for this place and the owner said “oh we no longer take gift cards.” WHAT?? Such terrible customer service, do NOT go there. And when you make appointments at any salon now ask for a licensed person it makes a BIG difference!

I just had the worst pedicure experience of my life in the “fancier nails” at the Quarry. Besides the fact it seems dirty, rundown, and fruit flys everywhere…I was hurt numerous times (with blood) and albeit asking my technician to stop and slow down, she didn’t. When I calmly told the manager after, he said, “No, I don’t believe it. She’s been here 6 months and knows what she’s doing.” Instead of acknowledging and apologizing! I paid and walked out not wishing to make a scene.

This place was horrendous. The man doing nails got hair under the polish of almost every nail. They charged me way more than I booked for and left gel top coat all over the skin around my nails. When I complained they fixed one nail and that is it. DO NOT GO HERE Manicure

Only good for the pedicures. Got 2 pedicures there and I love them! The nail part of this place is awful. Went there for a full set 3 days ago and am going to take them off today. Very sloppy work. Nail polish not on nail. And acrylic got all over cuticles that they are very dried out now. Pedicure, Manicure
