Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI very rarely ever get my nails done. I’ve been doing them myself once a week for years now. However, after a long week of work, I felt like I needed to treat myself. I made an appt and was 10 mins early and they still took me right in when I got there (on a Saturday, around noon, nonetheless!)The woman was very kind and even made a few jokes with me as she worked on my nails. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Yes, she did pause a few times to help other guests, but it was insanely busy, and every place is short staffed, so I really didn’t mind. Everyone there was working very hard and quickly, but efficiently, making sure all guests were happy. I just got a regular manicure and it only cost $13.In the middle of the manicure, she noticed an imperfection in the nail, and redid it TWICE just to make sure it looked good. I hadn’t noticed anything wrong with it, so I really appreciated the attention to detail.Overall, I’d recommend this salon! They were very kind and I had a nice visit. I very rarely ever get my nails done. I’ve been doing them myself once a week for years now. However, after a long week of work, I felt like I needed to treat myself. I made an appt and was 10 mins early and they still took me right in when I got there (on a Saturday, around noon, nonetheless!)

Critical: Qualitythis is nothing that I asked for. they made me pay before they did the nail art and I paid almost $100. I asked for PINK stripes over the white and they just completely ignored it. while I was sitting there with tears running down my face. the lady HAD a picture of exactly what I wanted sitting right next to her and she completely ignored it. then after I told her 4 times that I wanted GEL, she went and proceeded to ask me to get regular polish. i would’ve stayed longer to have her fix them, but I had to be at work so I was under short timing. I also asked for ALMOND nails and they proceeded to give me coffin nails. the only almond shape was my thumbs. Critical: Professionalism, ValueOverpriced and deceitful! If you are “cash only” you have an obligation to tell customers before the service. I received a gel pedicure that cost $50 with zero “extras” no leg massage, foot scrub, or heel buffing. My polish looks good but I feel ripped off because for that price I would get a 10 min leg massage with my pedicure if I had gone else where.They were also extremely rough and painful when taking off my old polish. Instead of letting me soak my feet for 5 mins they used tools to scrape the gel polish off. I said “ouch” more then a few times.Do yourself a favor and go to one of the 50 other nail salons in the area!( Preferably one that uses liners for the pedicure tubs because this place does not!)Service: PedicureOverpriced and deceitful! The woman was not looking what she was doing and nicked me. Now over a month later I am on my 2nd antibiotic and had to have my finger cuz and drained from the infection. Tools are not clean. You should not be using the same files on everyone and just wiping the cuticle cutter with alcohol. This place needs to be inspected.
