Went in for the most basic of services. Apparently I was an inconvenience, so much that I walked out with crooked nails, cuticle cuts, hang nails, etc… The nail protector wore off by morning. Most of my nail beds are now inflamed and I’m hesitant to polish them just days before our wedding. I won’t even go into the customer service aspect. Disheartening experience.
