So my 1st time here was nice and my nails lasted 3 weeks and I really liked the place had even planned on making it my permanent spot and I tip well when I love great customer service anyway so today I just called to schedule an appointment for a fill-in and the lady that answered the phone was RUDE AS HELL when she 1st answered I said yes I would like to schedule an appointment for a fill-in and she goes “well not today” why would I call at 4pm and try to schedule an appointment when u guys close at 7 so anyway she says tomorrow 9 am and I’m like well how about Saturday then she says look u can come between 9 and 4 so I’m like OK then she YELLS AT me what time u want? I’m never mind don’t worry

I am sad to say I have ended my services here of 9 years! I would have loved to put 5 stars but when you are smart, disrespectful and just rude because your tired and over worked you have no right to take it out on the client. I honestly thought my appointment was at one time and I was a whole hour early and Dawn was rude for no reason. I was willing to stay and wait til my time even after considering to leave , however when you lose your professionalism and think it’s okay to say what you want then you lose a loyal and good customer. I was more disappointed than angry but I will take my money and service elsewhere and not allow anyone to say what they want to say and I accept it . 9 years of great service gone because of unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called this place after waiting at another salon one hr.They told me to come at 7:30 so I left the other salon at 6:25 and arrived at 6:30 to pick out my color. Was told to come back at 7:30 So they called at 7:00 to see if i was outside .I had made another appt 20 miles up the road before I talked to Fanci Nails and thought they were calling back to confirm and preceded to tell them I had appt somewhere else. I I immediately realized it was Fanci Nails calling and called back in seconds. The lady said she couldnt take me now .She had taken another customer. This was at 7:00 .My appt was at 7:30 which isnt here yet so they are very unprofessional in my book and I would not recommend them to anyone. I love this place! John is a true professional. He not only knows about pedicures, he knows how to keep feet healthy. John told me what to do to keep my feet healthy and fixed an issue that I had been struggling with for ten years. I have been to doctors and specialist and spent thousands on medication but John told me how to fix the issues in three weeks and less than ten bucks. He changed my life. You just gotta make an appointment and give em a try
