I always feel welcome and everyone is always very professional. Today I was tender to by Jennifer and her mother, Lu Anne!! They are both so wonderful. Jennifer did an absolutely fantastic job on my dip powder tips! I asked for a classy, clean look and she accommodated and gave me just what I asked for! I love coming here!! It’s my go to nail spa. I love all of the techs and the environment here! I always feel welcome and everyone is always very professional. Today I was tender to by Jennifer and her mother, Lu Anne!! They are both so wonderful. Jennifer did an absolutely fantastic job on my dip powder tips! I shopped around for 2 years after moving to LandOLakes. I wasn’t happy with any place I went. I finally found Famous Nails. I’ve been hooked ever since. Everyone has a great attitude and the prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else. Nancy has been AWESOME. Every time I get my nails done they look fabulous. I get so many compliments on them. She is very creative and talented with her nail art. I would highly recommend this place.

I don’t normally leave reviews and feel bad leaving this one, but I just can’t. I went here on a whim to have my nails removed- I just couldn’t do the length and it was literally hurting me. I called prior to ask how they remove them (because I know the proper way is with a light filing and then acetone soak so that you don’t damage the natural nail) and they confirmed that’s how they remove them. Then I come in later in the evening to have my nails removed, and that is definitely not the way they do it. My gel was sanded down slightly and then popped off using another fake nail (which hurt). And then my real nail and the underlying tip sanded down to just be one cohesive rough nasty nail. I have trouble speaking up for myself in these situations, and I knew this is what would have happened I would bought the supplies and tried to remove them at home properly… my nail plates are now ruined and have ridges

I was here about 2 years ago and got one of the best pedicures I’ve ever gotten. They must’ve changed hands. This time a worker named Tina provided my services. I made an appointment for a regular mani/pedi, and that’s what I told her, but from the moment I sat in the pedicure chair, she began to try to upsell other products and services. Once I declined tips, gel, and a “special” pedicure for $55, I felt like a second-class patron. She gave me the fastest manicure I’ve ever gotten and barely attended to my cuticles. It looks like I let my 12 year old niece give me a manicure. I asked for a rounded square shape, but as you can see, she didn’t do that. The entire time I was in the salon, the workers there engaged in very loud conversation in their language which was neither professional nor relaxing. I would not recommend Tina to anyone. I cannot speak to the quality of the services of the other workers.

I have gone to Famous Nails in Land O Lakes for a year a year. I usually have Nancy but she was overbooked that day, I did make this appointment a month before. She asked a man who I never saw before to do my dip manicure,(which was fine’) and my gel pedicure, which did not turn out fine. I usually do not get gel for my toes, but because we were traveling for 6 weeks, I decided to get it. Ever again! My large toes on vacation started to hurt a lot. I had to start touring in sandles because my toes hurt so much in sneakers hurt so much, and was really red around my big toes. My husband bought me new sneakers a half a size bigger than I normally wear, I still couldn’t wear them! I came home I went and hadthe Polish off my hands and toes. I was still charged Both my big toes were black. I went to a podiatrist who told me I had trauma to the big toes, likely by my toes not trimmed enough and the gel being to thick! The doctor said my toe nail were than loose and had to take them off! So now we are ready to go away again in two weeks and I cannot Polish my toes which will take at least six month to a year!

Not what my daughter or I expected. They are not terrible but they could not do a simple design that my daughter wanted so they put a little red heart on 2 nails and charged $65. Simple nail color (light blue) with 2 little hearts for $65 + $10 tip. Not worth it. It was my daughter’s birthday and she was not happy.

I won’t say-“Don’t go here!” I went here for a year with no issues. I went 2 weeks ago and my nails started popping off after 3 days. I went back to get all five nails fixed! 2 days later, one of my nails popped off in the middle of a meeting at work. Embarrassing!!!!!. I went into today to get it fixed. They wanted me to wait 30 minutes. I just left! It has been nice knowing you all. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not have the money to pay over $100.00 only to have to waste time going back and forth to get my nails fixed!

Came in for pedicures with my friend, and was only given the option for the $55 pedicure which was fine, the price was clearly stated beforehand. But when we went to pay it was $75 each person. I am not sure where that extra $20 came from, we both got gel polish but I have never been charged more than $5-$10 for gel. If it is going to be an extra $20 that needs to be clear beforehand. The pedicures were nice but I wouldn’t have come if I knew it would be $150 for both me and my friend.
