Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never gotten my nails done and been so disappointed. The lady that did my pedicure barely did anything, my nail chipped literally the next day. I got gel nail paint on my hands, it’s day 3 and it’s chipping already. This is the first time I’ve gotten gel nail paint and it’s come off in 3 days!!!! Normally mine stay on for weeks before the ends start loosening a little. Probably not going again. This business needs to use better quality products. I have never gotten my nails done and been so disappointed. The lady that did my pedicure barely did anything, my nail chipped literally the next day. I got gel nail paint on my hands, it’s day 3 and it’s chipping already. This is the first time I’ve gotten gel nail paint and it’s come off in 3 days!!!! Ok so I went there and was greeted nicely and the woman who helped me was nice. The only things I have a complaint about is the design I wanted she said she could do it and then turns out she could NOT do it at all so I opted for different nails. She hurt my fingers a few times she did take care of a hang nail and I was ok and thanked her for that. And the fact that I asked her to fix my index fingernail because she made it looked crooked with the acrylic, I think she ignored me, so now I was just like whatever just finish. Still gave her a tip, still made me not want to go there again. I was recommended this place from a friend who lives near us. I just wished my nails would look like hers. I was disappointed. But their customer service is ok though.

I come here regularly with my mom. Sony did my pedi and he really makes your pedi worth it. Great massage and scrub down. Staff here is friendly and very funny not to mention. They have an A/C unit which was nice for the summer heat. Spa chairs work great and they have a great variety of polishes. Prices are also great

I have been going to this nail salon since I moved to Gardena 2 years ago. There is plenty of parking and friendly service! I love that they are attentive, they take walk ins or by appointment! My only suggestion is to be very clear with services you wish to get so they can do a great service! They also just updated their equipment too!

So the first red flag was that right as I walked in, a girl was upset because two nails had already popped off and she had gotten them done and we can go. One of the nail ladies was giving her a hard time about repairing them, but they went ahead and fixed them. I had Billy do my full set, and I was really impressed with how fast he was. The lady doing my pedicure however nearly refused to buffer the bottom of my feet… I told her I’ve gotten many pedicures and I didn’t ask for “callous remover 12 dolla”, I just asked why you didn’t buffer my feet like they NORMALLY DO. Mind you I had already paid and given them a five dollar tip each. So she got a super attitude about that, to the point where I almost walked out. But she finished, and fast-forward two weeks two of my nails have already popped off, so I’m guessing Bailey’s quickness had to do with him half ass-ing it. I will never go there again.

The best nailshop for me. They know me when I call, they know my name and they know exactly what I like. Tracy and Sony are husband and wife and they work amazing together…. They prefer appointments but take walk ins as well
