By no means am I trying to be mean,I didn’t initially want to complain because the older lady that did my nails was a sweetheart but she did a terrible job on my nails last week, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail place ever. Nails are not straight, horribly uneven ,the acrylic and gel polish is so far back from where my real nail starts. It was a disaster and a waste of money. I dont ever write reviews and hate complaining but this was just terrible and I dont understand how they are still operating. Dont not come here if you want quality work

The environment is relaxing make me feel sleeping with music. Worker no rush but take time to make sure my nails pretty. I think it take a bit longer to get my nails done here, but the result is awesome and worth for the extra time.

Today was my first time going and it was horrible! My nails weren’t a specific way I had asked her to make them. They were cut too short and my nails were crooked. She didn’t cover my whole nail on BOTH hands & To top it off two of my nails cracked ! I called the lady who did my nails and she continued to argue with me when I asked if she can give me a new free set which I paid 40 dollars for ! I don’t care about the price I just care about how horrible she did my nails !! I DO NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone . Having the nail salon open for over 10 years or more , I would of thought they had more customers than just one person everyday & At that I would of hoped they did an amazing just but that did not happen either .

I don’t even think they deserve 1 star…this lady did a horrible job on my nails. I wasnt going to say something.. But the fact that my nails are coming off already n i barley got them done 03/10 .. Four freaking days only??? Nd i got charged 60$$$$ i am highly upset!! And my experience there was terrible they didnt wanna do what i wanted at first sd long nails were too dangerous?? Girl bye. Nails are crooked nd couldn’t even get 2 weeks out of them they lost me as a customer forever. No wonder they are always empty…

I took my girlfriend to get her nails done. The lady who look like she got plastic surgery all over her face was very rude. She did a horrible job on my girlfriend nails. Her nails were uneven and not fully painted. Most of her nails fell off within 3 days. I don’t know if they are using glue sticks to glue their nails, but whatever they are using is cheap. I questioned myself aftwards if that lady even knew how to do nails.. While waiting on my girlfriend in the waiting area , I noticed roaches crawling out of the seat I was sitting at and roaches crawling on the walls. This place was horrible. I would not reccomend this place to anybody.

This place is very dusty n dirty. Today was my first time going i was trying to get a fill. There was no customers there for starters. The lady who looks like she has had a bad botox done was very rude n got mad because I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Because I have semi long nails she refused to do me a fill n so many words. Trying to add on different fees for EVERYTHING so I left. I would never go back nor recommend A DOG to go there. I will stick to my nail salon In cedar hill. The one star is only because Google is not letting me post without rating the place.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so low but Ni is awesome. I’m super picky about my nails and I drive an hour to go to her. Satisfied every time I leave
