So, I was trying to plan an impromptu girls day for my daughter and I – she’s a huge girly girl and loves being pampered like the princess she is, ha! I did call early the day of to make sure they could accommodate my 6 year old daughter and I, and was told to come in at 445 (they close at 530) and sat in our pedicure chairs for 20+ minutes… I wouldn’t necessarily mind, but my 6 year old doesn’t understand this… That being said, my daughter ended up loving it, they made sure the massage chair didn’t swallow her up and they couldn’t have been more sweet to her… Even after she smudged a nail… Or 2 . It was definitely worth the wait!

i always come here because the service is so wonderful. the technicians are so sweet and we make great conversations while i get my nails done. on top of that, the quality of the work they do is amazing!! my acrylic nails will last me for much longer than other salons- and i love it. famous nails is so organized when it comes to scheduling for appointments and their workspaces. their workspace and the rest of the salon is so clean and comfortable. they make me feel at home and make sure i’m taken care of. if you’re looking for a nail salon to go to, famous nails would be the place i would recommend! in the pictures listed, these are some of the nails i’ve gotten done and designs.

My friend and I both got full sets for Halloween and were very happy with the results!! The designs were done so well! I come here often for pedicures as well and LOVE them! The atmosphere in the salon is fun and professional. I never have to wait long either! I’m always in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend Famous Nails! 🙂

**** Warning NEW OWNER**** I had an appointment for 4 people yesterday. 3 people got in right away and I waited for someone to do my pedicure for almost 1 hour….when everyone else was finishing up. A woman rushed over and gave me a 20 minute rushed stressful pedicure. She scraped the sides of my feet and they hurt all night. I was shocked. I have been visiting this place for a couple years and in the last month (since the new owner) my daughter and I have had bad services. My girlfriend, however, had a lovely 1 hour long pedicure with a friendly tech and it was great for her. I’m glad she had a nice pedicure. I said something to the manager on the way out and all he could say was I’m sorry as he looked down at the cash register. That kind of service should never be allowed. I walked out of there the opposite of relaxed. My friends were visiting from out of town and we were supposed to have a nice time together. Needless to say, after a couple years visiting here, I will not be coming back.

I frequented this salon under the old management (John and his wife) and was always very pleased. However, I scheduled an appointment, since the manage management change, (a week in advance) and received a call from Vincent attempting to reschedule. He stated he had individuals call in that morning and he had no one to assist me for my appointment time. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance and he knew he didn’t have enough staff, but didn’t call me until 30 minutes before my appointment. I have family and friends that are patrons of this salon and they have also had scheduling issues with the new management. I would encourage others to look for another salon.

I have been going to Famous Nails for years. This is the first time I can say I was disappointed with my experience. The new owner was training a new staff person and continued to correct her throughout my appointment. It was very uncomfortable and he then proceeded to speak with another staff ignored me throughout the rest of my appointment. It was very awkward and unprofessional.
