Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went there the other day, just to get my brows waxed. The lady that did them, somehow left me with cuts under my brow. I didn’t notice how deep the cuts were until I left and looked in the mirror. The lady tried saying that my eyebrow was just red because my skin was sensitive. In reality, she was not careful and left me with cuts. Not only did she cut my skin but she also did not do a good job at waxing my brows. I had to go home and trim them because they still looked unkept. I want a refund. I am so mad.I went there the other day, just to get my brows waxed. I went there the other day, just to get my brows waxed. The lady that did them, somehow left me with cuts under my brow. I didn’t notice how deep the cuts were until I left and looked in the mirror. I went in there to get a full set of gel French nails before my trip out of town. I don’t know much about nails. The guy gave me acrylic and they look like crap. He totally ripped me off. He didn’t even push back my cuticles or anything. Absolutely terrible place. I even tipped him 10$ because They looked nice when I left. It’s been four days and they’re all lifting up off the nail. Beware.

Girl who did my daughter’s nails was really mean and rude.. They tried to file my real nails down for the dip nail. I told them no the other shop I went to didn’t do that and they lasted over two weeks… We’ll see but attitude matters and the girl who did my nails was sweet but inexperienced… Won’t be back I don’t like how my toes or nails look and I won’t pay for attitudes

I normally come here to get my nails done by the lady who I believe is the owner. She is good and pays attention to what she is doing. The guy who did my nails today seemed to be rushing or like he didnt like his job. He kept paying attention to what his kid and wife are doing rather than how hes applying the acrylic fill in. My nails are bumpy and real thick by the cuticle and then flatter towards the end. I am so upset and I didnt bother saying anything to them because I was super tired but I should have.

Words can’t describe how horrible my nails look. I asked the guy to fixed them he told me to come back tomorrow. My feet are horrible as well, they look like I did them myself. Terrible experience…. I hate writing bad reviews but this nail salon will never see me again.

I went to this nail shop SPECIFICALLY for a soak off and NEW FULL SET! I left with my natural nails unpolished and was told that I had to wait an additional 30 MINUTES to get the full set. I was beyond pisses, especially when I said LOUD AND CLEAR what I wanted. I definitely will NOT be returning and I would NOT recommended this place to anyone.
