I love it here. My family has been going here for years and the nails always look gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly personable and friendly. They did my nails for prom a couple years ago, and as always they came out lovely. Pardon the low-ish quality photo, but you can see they’re pretty great 🙂

My god, this place is ridiculous. I was a walk-in. I came in at 5:30pm. Now yes, that may be considered late but I had just gotten off work at 5pm. When I first walked in, there was a girl that came in right before me. She was greeted and asked what service she wanted as she was signing in. When I walked in and did the same thing, they just stared at me and ignored my existence. Okay, fine. Whatever. Then, minutes later, a mother and daughter (I’m guessing) came in after me and they were greeted. So now, I’m getting a little suspicious. Next, a couple walked in after them, and they were greeted as well. So, I continue to sit there waiting for them to call me up so I can get a pedicure, oh and not a complicated pedicure, just a simple, one color, gel pedicure. So the girl that came before me is called up, and of course I assume that they’re going to call me next because that’s the order that we came in. NOPE. They took the mother and daughter that came after me and then they asked the girl from the couple what service she wanted, like she was going to be next. MIND YOU, they haven’t even said one word to me for the whole HOUR I was sitting there. So finally, I decided to not only leave and go to another place the next day (because since I waited so long for them the other places were about to close and there was no chance I would’ve made it in time), but also to never, EVER go there again. They clearly have their favorites and I’m not going to put up with that.

I had an appointment for acrylics with a friend and still ended up waiting an hour because they kept allowing walk ins. When I finally got seated, he seemed very rushed and aggressive. He cut one of my fingers with the file. I showed him a picture and he went on without asking if I liked the length, shape, or even the color of the pink he just put on. The nails weren’t the same length and they were all super thick. I wanted marble, but came with a backup just in case, and instead of just telling me that he didn’t know how to do marble, he tried and failed. I didn’t truly see what was done until I had paid and left since I was there a lot longer than expected so I just let it go. We were also told it would be a lot cheaper than we were ended up charged (Over $70 plus tip for one person). The polish chipped quickly, which I’ve never had happen before at other places. I ended up just going somewhere else to get them entirely redone. Horrible service and work done.

Best in Kent! A must come back!!!!! They close at 7, so come early. Professional, but will speak another language in front of your face giving the impression that they may be talking about you. Nice man took his time on my hands! It was worth my money and I appreciate the service. Would’ve gotten 5 stars if feet was scrubbed a bit more at the bottom.

Went in about 3 weeks ago. Loved the shape and the staff was super friendly. Paid $75 (got the gel polish) Within 3 days a nail broke just opening a door….. Went in and got it fixed. Paid $45 that time to fix one nail and get new polish. Got the gel polish again because it doesn’t chip. She made the fixed nail a completely different shape then the rest but whatever , I’m not usually a complainer. Within 4 days one nail broke while I was holding onto a railing… The polish is chipping because she put it on while my nails were still covered in dust. Today one week later as I was wiping a counter my nail just completely lifted off. I will never go back there. Over 100 dollars in three weeks to be missing 2 nails, 1 nail a different shape and polish chipping…
