I’ve only ever had my nails done twice in my life and both times, I’ve gotten them done here; and I have to admit, I’m beyond satisfied with the results. I’ve had my nails done by the same man (Ron, I believe his name is) and he’s really quick and precise. They look so similar to the reference photos! When I went in to get my nails done for my graduation, I was excited to see he’d be the one to do my nails again. Definitely will be going back and I hope I continue to have him as my nail tech every visit. Thank you, Ron (:

I went on Saturday just to get my nails painted. To my surprise, I was charged $28. Just to paint my nails, really???? So, on Monday, I noticed the gel polish was lifting, and some had peeled off. I went back on Tuesday to have them redone and was charged AGAIN!!! This time, she charged me $40. So, I paid over $80, including tips, to have my nails painted. What a rip-off!!!!!

They used to charge $20 for refills, then $30 and now $40. Other nail salons charge $20. My nails have often been left extremely thick and at this point it’s no longer worth these unfair prices. I will only be giving 2 stars for the good pedicure prices and service.

I came to this place yesterday to get a pedicure and it was going good at first but then she started being rough and trying to finish fast as if she didn’t know what she was doing but remembered some parts. I told her it started to hurt and she said i’m sorry. Proceeded to do it slow then try doing it fast again. I continue to let her do it because I assumed she knew what she was doing since it is her job. Then she ended up using the cuticle cutter incorrectly. I know this because i’ve had pedicure appointments. She ended up cutting my skin under my big toe. I told her it was hurting again and she told me it’s fine. She started nail polishing my toes and she used nail polish remover. She did it under my nail where she was cutting my skin with the cuticle cutter. I moved my feet quickly because it burned and told her to stop because it hurt. They came and started talking to her and idk what happened but another guy ended up finishing my toes. My toes came out looking ugly and crooked. The nail polish was also very bumping 0/10 do not recommend. She also told me I shouldn’t have done my nails because they were too short. I am very disappointed in my customer experience there. I don’t come here often either.

Went to Famous Nails on 3/7/22 for a pedicure. They take walk-ins and I was able to be seated right away on Monday at 10 a.m. there most inexpensive pedicure is $30 for a soak, cutting, trim and at least four lotions applied to soften, scrub, moisturize, etcetera. Hot towels were applied twice during the Lucian phase of the pedicure. Nice massage at the end. I chose not to get nail polish or additional services. Candy is a talented and professional technician that I highly recommend because of the skills she displayed as well as her command of the English language. For patrons with mobility issues she helps with putting shoes/socks back on. Famous Nails also takes credit cards. I felt the appearance of the place was clean and well-maintained but I can see where patrons that prefer high end decor may not be happy with the place. I was very satisfied with the decor for the price and excellent quality of service.
