Critical: QualityI’ve tried to give this place a few chances and should have stopped while I was ahead. They used to have a nice manicure with a hand massage and you didn’t feel rushed. This is what they allowed me to walk out with today. I’m so embarrassed that I’m going somewhere else to have them fixed right now. I spoke up twice at the end with the woman that did them and asked for her to clean them up, and then with the woman at the front. No one seemed to care that I was unhappy and dissatisfied. I was told to go home and “wash” my hands. Service has decline so much recently. I’ve tried to give this place a few chances and should have stopped while I was ahead. They used to have a nice manicure with a hand massage and you didn’t feel rushed. This is what they allowed me to walk out with today. I’m so embarrassed that I’m going somewhere else to have them fixed right now. The team there was friendly, welcomed me and took care of me immediately. There were not crowded but all had a customer. They called someone from The back who came to me ready with a bowl of water and the polish colors.
