I called trying to make an appointment with a certain stylist that does my hair and my sons hair really well and they hung up in my face and wouldn’t answer the phone again. Very rude! If the girl don’t work there anymore just say that! That doesn’t have anything to do with me, I’m just trying to get a haircut. We won’t be back.

Very casual and poor service. I had a shift booked for 4 last Sunday and I couldn’t hair my son. There was only one hairdresser and she says she had a lot of clients. I was quite understanding and let her reschedule a new appointment for today, Tuesday, at 4:45 p.m. at 5: 00 pm ok I’m going to the hairdresser again today and I couldn’t peel my son either. The place was closed and dark. very bad service and for me it does not work

Critical: QualityI got a perm done with Melissa and she told me my hair is perfectly healthy and I should have no problems.. when I left my hair looked nothing like a perm, she didn’t blow dry it, and it took almost 4 days to air dry, I had beautiful long hair and when my hair dried it was matted and I couldn’t even comb through it, I couldn’t wear my hair down it was so fried and I even tried deep conditioning treatments, I eventually had to cut my hair short and I love my long hair. Always have gotten decent cuts here. Donna in particular has given me some amazing cuts. Lately the shop has not been opening on time, and sometimes not at all. They seem to be extremely short staffed so make sure to call ahead

I never write a bad review on ANYTHING, but this place is something else. I asked for a trim and to touch up my undercut. The lady never touched my undercut and then took off 3-4 INCHES of my hair. She then went on to tell me my hair is too long to qualify for a trim so it’s an extra $10, then she asked me how I felt about bangs. I told her I was open to the idea but if I did them I wanted side bangs. She cut them straight across. Also, when I walked in she asked if I wanted to wash my hair and when I said no she rolled her eyes and said that I needed a wash. I paid $31 for a haircut that wasn’t even what I wanted.

I wanted simple partial blonde highlights. Darlene the lady who did my hair totally screwed my hair. It’s now darker then what it was. My hair is golden brown now. I was there from 11:20 till 4. Still didn’t get it fixed. She still tried to charge me 50 I gave her 35 and no tip. I think if u don’t know how to at least do highlights you don’t need to be a hair dresser. Thank god I found a friend who is going to fix my hair. I will never go back there. They obviously don’t know what the Hell they’re doing!!!!! Also the back of my head is sore from laying on the freaking sink at least five times to wash my hair from her mistake!!!
