When we were finally let inside by the one employee who was working i asked for a bang trim for my daughter and also asked if she could wash and blow dry and i was told she didn’t have time. Upon checkout i was charged for a full haircut was and style in which i did not receive. The bang trim should have been$5-$8 not $18. Tried to call to speak with a manager and got the same girl on the phone who told me the price was correct and that she was the manager. Recently moved to Concord and was in need of a good stylist to do my hair. I did try another salon here in Concord and took a picture of what I wanted which was very similar to what I already had (pixie cut) the stylist did NOT do what I asked, instead she did what “she felt comfortable doing”. I went today to fashion hair and had a completely different experience. Shy was very nice from the moment I walked in, she was attentive and did exactly what I asked. I can honestly say i am beyond happy with how my hair came out. I highly recommend SHY.

I have been going to see Sarah for almost 5 years. I followed her from her school, The Aveda Institute of Charlotte, to her current salon, Famous Hair. She is fantastic! I recommend her to everyone! I have short hair and I like to try different styles (buzz, scissor cut, etc.) Even with my lack of hair she always manages to give me something new and funky! She is very meticulous… especially when it comes to color. I always love trying new colors and she is always on board! I have yet to be disappointed! Her eye for style is on point! I’m extremely skeptical of going to salons to have my hair cut. My hair has been butchered, burned, & tied in knots, but Adrianna is AMAZING. She really took my requests seriously & gave me the exact cut I want. She listens and understands. She thinks realistically & helps you understand what you’re getting your self into before going all willy-nilly on your head. Best part is… SHE DOES CURLY HAIR! I highly recommend. & from my experience this salon is DRAMA FREE.

Clean and the employees are courteous and professional. Weekdays you can usually walk in and be in a stylist chair in about 5 minutes. Weekends there will be a wait. All of the stylists take time to listen to what you want and make sure you are satisfied before you leave. There are usually coupons on line so try to use them for 30-50% off regular prices.
