A little frustrated with their booking web service. For customers, make sure you got the person you wanted to book with because it will randomly change sometimes. Also, on multiple occasions, it will double book the appointment. Prime example, my appointment was at 12-12:20 and someone was already in the chair of my stylist. I waited until 12:25-12:45 to get my hair cut but I also heard another customer say that they had an appointment with the same stylist but went with another staff member. This isn’t because they are running behind. I see the staff calling out names and acting like they don’t know what is going on half the time.

Barbers are kind and the quality of haircut is amazing! Prices are great and the barbers are great with kids. I have attached the most recent prices, and appointments are required and preferred. You can call and try to get booked, or use the website. Small business, but it is amazing!

Just moved to town and was looking for a new barber. After reading positive reviews online I booked an appointment with Su. My expectations are tempered when someone cuts my hair for the first time, but Su far exceeded my expectations! She was polite, held great conversation, and cut my hair pretty quickly but paid meticulous attention to detail. Great fade, razor shave on the neck, and a hot towel. Although the location is a little out of my way, the quality of cut and reasonable price will make this my go-to barbershop.

Tanner is the man. I’ve searched high and low around Northgate/Briargate for a quality fade, but not a lot of barbers in this area are well-experienced with Afro-textured hair. Will definitely be booking with him again!
