Terrible customer service. Not all of the nail techs are able to do a new set with acrylic. Nails where left thick at the cuticle. After a week nails where lifting at the cuticle. Had the salon overlay my natural nail and the tech was sloppy. She wanted to clean up extra acrylic underneath the nail. She ended up filling my natural nail away. When I had them soaked off at a different salon the had to add tips regain my regular length.
