Mannie did an amazing job on my pedicure! Best foot massage in town. She’s very sweet and offered me bottled water and candy. We had a great conversation too! Anna did a great job on my manicure, she picked a color to compliment my skin tone and made my cuticles look flawless. She is funny and very sweet. 5 stars! I have been going here off and on for the last 3 years. I have never been more upset than I am today. My girlfriend and I went to get a fill as usual and we were seated next to each other. Her guy didn’t ask her shape or length or anything after grinding her cuticles to the point they bled. She brought it up and was brushed off each time. She has a huge bump in the middle of her thumbnail because he stopped the fill before the end of her nail. She brought it up and he “fixed it” but it’s still very noticeable. While she is sitting next to me crying about her nails (which they both simply ignored) my tech proceeded to put a different glitter on my nails “because he didn’t like the way the other one looked” despite my objection. There are globs of acrylic and gel clear coat on the sides of her fingers and nails and when approached with it again the guy just took the file twice to her skin and sent her on her way for the last time. I am very upset with the service that we received today and probably won’t be back. They also had to redo a couple of my nails and when they’ve never charged me before they charged me an extra $6. Definitely need to rethink my nail salon choices for next time.

Overall, I am satisfied with the services. They’re efficient and quick. The downside and why I gave it a 4 the customer service. During my manicure the service provide was not as friendly as I hoped to be. The person told me to wash my hands and I didn’t know where it was, not providing detailed information. The pedicure went fantastic and was a quick service. My nails look wonderful. Thank you.

Staff were friendly and offered beverages. Went with 2 friends to get manis and pedi for a wedding the next day. They were overbooked and ended up splitting us up completely and just seemed to rush the job. I did acrylic nails which turned out beautifully but werent at all what I asked for. Twice as long as I wanted and when I asked to have them shorter was dismissed and lady did them long anyways and also nicked me with the dremel twice.
