The workers was.very kind, the only problem i had is that the nails were very lumpy. not really happy about the lumpy part, but the design is really good. My wife and I came in with our nephew who got fussy once we sat down to get our pedicures but they never blinked. They allowed my wife to get up and walk around with him to calm him down and we still got amazing service. The pedicure and massage was the best we’ve ever had and we’ve tried nearly every place in town to find our go to place.

Stopped in here to get my eyebrows waxed. They were a little busy but I didn’t mind to wait a few mins. About 10 minutes later another lady comes in to get her nails done.(walk-in, not appointment) 5 mins later one of the people working told that lady to sit in a chair at her station and then told me it was going to be another 5 mins and someone would wax my eyebrows. I told them to forget it. I had already waited 15 minutes and they just took a woman that got there after me, before me. They didn’t say sorry kiss my butt nothing. I won’t EVER go there again. Poor customer service and poor management. Don’t waste you time going.

The young lady who did my nails did not know what she was doing. The acrylic on my fingers were very large and lumpy. It was literally the absolute WORST manicure I’ve ever had. She needs more training before she touches anyone else’s hands. It’s a NO for me!!
