Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueDont mind the staining but I got a full set done just about a week ago and it’s obvious how much they are lifting and the air pockets. When I was getting them done some nails were glued on crooked and had to ask for them to be re applied. Also before and during the process I requested for them to be filed very thin and once the acrylic seemed to be ready for the color I asked again for them to be thinner and she (Nina) made a bit of a scene saying how they are thin and if she makes them thinner and they break she will not fix them. Which left me feeling a bit embarrassed for something that shouldn’t be a big deal. The actual polish was nice besides the crooked/uneven lines which i also requested to be thinner but she insisted that they would look weird but I did show her a reference photo which she didnt go off of. They really should vet their nail techs better. I’ve been going here for a year with minimal issues until the last time I went. They put me with a lady who I had never seen before. She was distracted speaking on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails. Extremely rough hand filing, throwing my hands carelessly all over the place like doing nails was the last place she wanted to be. Not paying attention at all, she also cut my knuckle by accident with the electric file. Failed to properly cap my gel nails so several of them are lifting. Will not be going back. Don’t recommend walking in unless you have a person in mind, they just stick you with whoever.

I am new to the area and wanted to find a go to nail place. Family Nails will definitely be it! The salon is beautiful and clean & the color selection is the best I’ve ever seen at any salon. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure in 45 minutes, so quick and neat. The staff was very polite and friendly. Definitely will try out their acrylics next time!
