This place is the worst!!!! I have been going to Farmingdale location for two years. Terrible customer service. I’m a regular customer for about two years. I come almost every two weeks for a gel manicure, and this last time I went the polish started chipping off around the second day and by a week it was almost off every nail!! I called the owner and told him he gave me a hard time I’m on the phone and finally told me to come in. I went there he ignored me when I came in, finally says something so I go to show him and tell him about it and rudely and blatantly ignored me and wouldn’t even turn to look at me! Needless to say I was baffled at this treatment after being a good regular loyal customer for two years, going for mani’s, pedi’s, massages etc! I’ve spend quite a good amount of money there and I ALWAYS tip VERY well. Well now I regret it, they treated me very poorly and as a business you need to honor your services which he was not willing to do! They use cheap old polishes that don’t last! Do NOT go here if you want to waste your money. Plus ONLY the male owner can actually do nails and you rarely get him. The other employees including his wife are terrible and rush you when doing your nails. The wife paints horribly. Paint always on cuticles and fingers. Kevin was good, but terrible service and that’s bad business. See picture of gel mani after one week!

I am just appalled. I paid 25$ for this. Horrendously sloppy. They didn’t even cut my cuticles, push my nail bed back or do any of that maintenance. When she used the electric sander, which I hate, she sanded off a chunk of my nail so I had to cut them all so they would be even. Two employees in the back were horsing around and there seemed to be no management in sight to address the terrible job done on my nails (besides the girl who did them who let me leave with them like this thinking it was a job well done) so I just let it go and it’s a lesson learned. Never coming back. Place is dirty and the service is not worth 4 stars or any of your money.

This place is now called Family Nail Spa. My girlfriend has had a gel manicure done here several times. Last time they chipped four times in eight days. They gave her a terrible time about fixing their mistake and wanted to charge her to do it. Kevin was very rude. Do not give them your business.
